Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter Chris Trainor fuses the grit and power of 90s rock with the heartache and swing of classic R&B records.

After years of singing bar bands, performing solo acoustic shows and fronting a metal band, Trainor is finding his own voice with a series of new recordings that explore his love of grunge acts like Alice in Chains and Philly soul legends like Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes.
